Returns & Refunds

Due to the exclusive nature of our drops and the rigorous verification process attached to our inventory, all sales are considered final. However, we do accept returns under specific conditions.

Return Eligibility

We will authorize a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery only if:

• You received an incorrect item or size.
• The item has a verified manufacturing defect not stated in the product condition notes.
• The LSC verification tag remains completely intact and attached to the item.

If your order meets the criteria above, please contact our support team at help@thelagossneakerclub.com with your order number and photographic evidence. Authorized returns must be dropped off at our Victoria Island studio or shipped back via an insured courier.
